EDWPL Head office is based out of Andheri Mumbai .We have 3 manufacturing plants located at Andheri (Mumbai), Vasai (Mumbai) and Umbergaon (Gujarat). All our manufacturing units are well equipped with necessary modern machineries. We have in house design facility for designing and manufacturing PCBs. All our PCBs are made in house. The PCB team works with the latest softwares and has line production of soldering and testing of PCBs. EDWPL also has micro-controller and PLC programming facilities. The manufacturing team is ably supported byelaborate electronic testing facility and vision Lab well equipped to handle any vision based design solutions
EDWPL Automation division is backed by a strong design team which has many years of experience with them. It has dedicated design lab for Automation, they work on 3D and 2D design softwares which help them evaluate and build complete turnkey automation solutions for the packing, material handling and welding systems
We have dedicated Research and Development team which is equipped with all needed software and hardware infrastructure to test,create and build complete power electronic systems.All our machines are indigenously designed and developed by our R & D Team We can customize our machines to suite the need of the customer with their help.Research and Development team regularly publishes various research papers of Induction sealing, Induction heating and welding technologies at regular intervals.
